Our Bird Nest
We use the most valuable high quality swiftlet nest taken from the mountains of Malaysia to bring you the original product to preserve beauty and health. In addition, in order to harvest the nest at the caves, the Malaysian government imposes strict controls and only related parties who have received permission and certification are allowed to do so. Furthermore, we have acquired Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in Malaysia as we manufacturing the manufacturing the materials in well-maintained factories that throughly manage its level of hygiene.
The nests which are produced from the hardening of the saliva of male swiftlets that takes approximately 30 days during the breeding season, contains substances that brings good effects to the immunity functions of human body such as epidermal growth factor (EGF), collagen, hyaluronic acid and fibroblast growth factor (FGF) which become a source for producing elastin in the cells. Incidentally, a sialic acid, which id found in human breast milk or saliva is in abundance in swallow nest. Even when comparing to royal jelly which is dubbed as the perfect natural food or the breast milk which protects the baby, the swiftlets nest have a tremendous amount of sialic acid by 200 time more.

This is what we do and how we do it.
Harvest
- Harvesting raw birds nest (RBN) from the cave of East Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak
- RBN is then sorted according to its type, condition & quality.
- Each batch of RBN is sent to external laboratory for Microbiology test, Nitrite test and Heavy Metal Analysis
Process
- Soaking and cleaning process of RBN- uses hot vapes of 100 degrees celcius to expand the dry bird nest prior pickling.
- Picking- Feathers and impurities of the RBN are removed by workers using stainless steel tweezers with the aid of magnifying glass.
- Drying- Air dry the clean bird’s nest in 25 degrees celcius produces a crispier texture after drying.
- Each batch is then sent to the department of Veterinary service for Veterinary Health
- Certification application.
- Export then is applied to carry the process ahead.
Forwarder
- Forwarder will collect goods at our warehouse
- Forwarding by Sea Freight or Air Freight
- Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) to Japan takes one month
- Air Freight to Japan takes about 2 days
Customer
- Once custom clearance is done, the goods will be delivered to customer
